= You may know someone who has been flooded and does not really know what to do next time. Most owners are NOT aware of the existing decent techniques to effectively seal off a building and cope with the moisture afterwards.
= With a few exceptions, flood prevention is limited to commercial info and talk about dykes, sand bags, flood plains and major infrastructure… a lot of talking and analyzing and research, but not always real action.
